Jeslyn is a growth strategist and founder of Ideation Studio, focused on unlocking new growth opportunities through media, ideas, and storytelling. She currently serves as fractional CEO of the Association of Advertising & Marketing Singapore (AAMS), driving industry progress across regional collaboration, talent development, and emerging areas such as AI and retail media. Earlier in her career, she was CEO of Stellar Ace, where she transformed the company into Singapore's largest OOH media player.

Jim is a leader with over 40 years of experience in branding, marketing, and advertising across Asia Pacific. He combines deep creative vision with sharp business acumen, having founded more than 15 companies in APAC. For the past 16 years, he has built his own group of companies headquartered in Singapore with subsidiaries across Asia and Europe, specialising in integrated marketing, brand design, performance marketing, and tech development.
Chiew Yin is a Trade Mark Examiner with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), where she examines national trade mark applications as well as those filed under the Madrid Protocol, an international registration system for trade marks. She was a Fellow at the Madrid Operations Division of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) from 2024 to 2025.

Caleb joined the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Singapore in 2024 as a Legal Officer and currently serves as the Representative of the WIPO Center in Singapore. He administers ADR cases, provides procedural guidance, conducts research to address regional needs, and develops tailored dispute resolution policies. Before joining WIPO, Caleb was appointed a Young IP Mediator by IPOS.

Mac Ng is the founder of Fey Day, a boutique Singapore-based M&A firm dedicated to helping SME owners navigate a successful exit for their business. He started his career in HR, then a start-up and a tech firm. Along the way, he built and sold an e-commerce business, and worked in a roll-up's buy-side M&A team. This dual experience as a founder and buyer lets him bridge the gap between seller's expectation and buyer's requirement.

Joey Zang is CEO of Bosum Academy Co., Ltd. (Japan). Former Director of the Key Accounts Empowerment Center at Bosum Management Science Research Institute, and Head of the Coaching Team. Holds a Master's in Business Administration (Japan). Areas of expertise: business model design, marketing, and short-video (TikTok) marketing.

Milly Wang is Director of Sands Bosum (Singapore). Former Head of Research at the Shenzhen Bay Area Institute of Digital Economy and Technology, and former Assistant Dean at the Institute of Digital China, Peking University. Glenn Tan is the Deputy Chairman of Tan Chong International, a leading automotive group in Asia with operations across more than 10 countries and territories. Over 12+ years there, he has held senior leadership roles including Managing Director and Executive Director. His expertise spans new business development, marketing communications, executive leadership, and digital transformation.

Victoria Wah is a Singapore-qualified legal partner from a mid-sized law firm who practises cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital, employment law and commercial law. She is an accredited international mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute and has mediated labour disputes as an external mediator with the Ministry of Manpower. She also serves as adjunct lecturer in employment, company, commercial, and contract law.

Vivien Lian is a transformative leader with over three decades of experience across Citibank, Barclays, and UOB. Her career has been defined by a singular mission: to build bridges between technology and humanity, between global institutions and the smallest SMEs. She pioneered platforms that democratised access to capital for over 200,000 underserved SMEs.

Mr Tey Beng Huan is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (UK) and a Senior Associate of MindThrv Asia. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Registered Psychologist and Registered Supervisor with the Singapore Register of Psychologists.
